I’m a person-centred counsellor, which means I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to listen without judgement, walk alongside you, and help you explore what feels important at your own pace.​

I offer counselling for children aged 11+, teenagers and adults.
This can be in person, online or over the phone.
I offer open ended counselling, so there is no set amount but I will review work every 6 weeks to ensure it is meeting the needs of my client.
For counselling to be effective it helps to take place regularly, usually on the same day and time.

I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Pyschotherapy (MBACP) and work within their ethical framework.
​
I also hold accredited training with SANDS (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Charity) and regularly engage in professional development to ensure safe, compassionate practice.​​​
